About the place
The feeling of Dalhousie
Dalhousie spreads across several wooded hills in Chamba district, where deodar forests, churches and colonial-era buildings still shape the town. Forest trails and viewpoints open toward the Ravi valley and the snow-covered Dhauladhar range. Its slower walking roads and historic character make Dalhousie feel markedly different from Himachal's busier mountain centres.
