Khajjiar is a saucer-shaped meadow surrounded by thick pine and deodar forests in Chamba district. A small lake lies within the grassland, while the old Khajji Nag temple adds a cultural layer to the landscape. Its open meadow and enclosing forest create one of Himachal's most recognisable highland scenes.
