Manikaran is a sacred mountain settlement in Parvati Valley known for naturally heated springs and important Hindu and Sikh pilgrimage sites. Temples, Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib and steaming water rise close to the rushing Parvati River, creating an unusual meeting of geology, faith and Himalayan landscape. The village is also easily reached from Kasol.
