The feeling of Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary

Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary protects a vast forested landscape northeast of Ziro. Dense silver fir, pine and broadleaf forests cover the sanctuary, while the plateau and river catchments support clouded leopard, Himalayan black bear and rich bird and orchid diversity. The usual approach begins from the Ziro side through Pange, making the sanctuary closely connected with the wider Apatani landscape.
