Zuluk is a small high-altitude village in Pakyong district that once served as a transit point on the historic trade route between Tibet and India. Today it is known for its extraordinary zigzag road, military presence, rhododendron-covered slopes and mountain views. Homestays have made the village an important overnight stop on the eastern Sikkim Silk Route.
